If you think you need more space, you don't necessarily have to buy a larger space. Sometimes, additional space can be achieved by moving the furniture in your current home, turning an attic or basement, or even your garage, into living space. Depending on the type of renovation, adding something to your current home may be less expensive than buying a new, larger one. If you want to buy a larger home, just make sure your finances are in order and that you can afford the larger payments that come with one.
